All products sold on Erlyna are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You will be notified by email if your order is cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Erlyna shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erlyna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
8. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
