Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 60 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
We deliver exclusively to the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. FreshPure shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs
Free shipping is applied to all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
Failed delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or because the customer was unavailable to receive the parcel, any additional redelivery costs shall be borne by the customer. FreshPure accepts no responsibility for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at info@freshpure.co. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Customs and import duties
As we deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom, no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order.
